In 2019 I left my profession in international law to pursue an education and career in carpentry. After completing my degree, I began work in 2022 as a specialist for 3D-printing and CNC-machining at Rovaniemi Municipal Federation of Education (REDU). Situated at the Arctic Circle, REDU is the largest vocational school in Finnish Lapland that trains young adults in various trades. 

More than 15 years ago REDU has started integrating 3D printing into various degrees. We are proud to have acquired the CEAD AM Flexbot earlier this year. It is standing in the wood working department and currently used in a 3 year, nationwide, R&D project in cooperation with partners in education and industry.
